The restaurant opens at 8:00am, offering a breakfast service for three hours, until 11:00am. Dinner is served between 19:00 and 22:00. Both services are buffet style, with Show cooking, and a wide variety of international dishes and Mediterranean cuisine. Once a week, Spanish Night is held, in which it is possible to sample delicious dishes of paella and other typical Balearic and national cuisine.
The lounge bar remains open from 9:00am to 2:00am, allowing you to have a coffee, soft drink or cocktail without changing location. It has a terrace near the swimming pool and has large television screens so that guests don’t miss a single sports event. It is the perfect place to disconnect and relax.
The Chill Out Lounge is on the beachfront of Playa d’en Bossa, giving access to both the coast and the swimming pool of the complex. The views of Ibiza and Formentera, the neighbouring island which can be seen on the horizon, are spectacular from the armchairs of this area. It is a luxury for all your senses. The Chill Out Lounge is open from 9:00 to 20:00, with a kitchen service from 10:00 to 18:00. One of the attractions of this lounge is that it does not matter if your favourite cocktail is not on the menu: the waiters will prepare whatever you order right away and bring it to your hammock.
